  • We accept cash, credit card, or by using your Account terms (if applicable).
  • All orders require a minimum order amount of $250 (excluding taxes & freight).
  • For all Will Call/Walk-in orders, once your order is placed, please allow a minimum of 3 hours prior to picking it up, otherwise you will incur an “Expedited Pick-up” surcharge of 20% on your order.
  • From the time your order is pulled and are contacted by our warehouse confirming your order is ready by phone/email, you have 7 business days to pick up your order, otherwise your entire order (to include backordered items) will be cancelled and returned to stock.
  • If you already have an account with us, we recommend that you place a credit card on file and call ahead with your order to expedite the ordering process, limit delays, and avoid surcharges. Please contact our accounting department to provide payment details.
